Built from curiosity. Driven by better food.

Growing up in Malaysia, surrounded by Indian, Malay and Chinese food traditions, shaped my lifelong curiosity about ingredients and flavor.
That journey led from creating Grab ‘Em Plantain Chips, to opening a vegetarian café in New Jersey, and ultimately to developing Rainbow Ancient Grain Wraps – gluten-free wraps made with ancient grains and real vegetables.
Today, Spoon and Sprout is focused on creating innovative food products with clean ingredients, bold flavor and a belief that eating well should never mean compromising.
